On Saturday, August 8, Magnolia Pictures and the Poetry Society of New York invite you to celebrate LATE FAME at Lincoln Center from 4:30 - 8:30pm and receive a complimentary typewriter poem written just for you by Annabelle Roses.

Magnolia Pictures presents LATE FAME, a wistful and witty new film from director Kent Jones (DIANE) that follows Ed Saxberger (Academy Award nominee Willem Dafoe), a forgotten New York poet, as he is beckoned into a coterie of twenty-something admirers who anoint him as a rediscovered genius. Also starring Greta Lee (PAST LIVES) and Edmund Donovan (CIVIL WAR), this thoughtful, sly film with a hugely entertaining script by Oscar-nominated screenwriter Samy Burch (MAY DECEMBER) is a yearning yet unromantic look at a lost idea of downtown New York.
